Shopping in our store is both easy and safe. The article that You order is delivered directly to the address that You indicate. What is more prices are lower than You are used to in “regular“ shops.

CAUTION! Pictures which are placed here are property of  9fashion Company and are copyright according to Dz. U.94 Nr 24 poz 83, correction: Dz.U. 94 Nr 43 poz 170.

Exploitation the pictures without owner’s agreement is breach of law.

1. Orders

Ordered articles will be send to You in 24 hours to 7 working days. It depends on storehouse ability. The payment for the articles should be done by payment card or transfer to our  bank account. To overall cost will be added the cost of postage. The parcel should be checked (from outside) in deliverer presence. If the parcel is damaged or opened You should not accept the service.

Internet Store is not responsible for delivering parcels at fixed time ( principle: Civil Code Art.544 § 1).

2. Return

According to Act of 2 March 2000 about protection of certain consumer’s rights and about responsibility for damage made by unprotected products .1 (Dz. U. of  31 March 2000) within 10 days of parcel’s delivery You are able to return the article (without giving a reason) or it’s replacement with the restriction that clothes were not used (only tried on) and has all price-tags. The shipping cost is not returned. In case of article’s return we ask You to send completed and signed placedhere “Document of Article’s Return”. To the returned article please attach receipt, which was delivered with the clothes. After receiving the parcel with returned clothes we make a return of payment ( in 14 days from receiving the parcel) on the bank account or payment card used for payment for the contract.

We do not receive the parcels, send back to us, cash on delivery mailing.
Assortment from section Underwear and Books and Beauty Care are not a subject to replacement or/and return.

Please be advised that, as of 2016-02-15 The consumer can use extrajudicial methods of complaint and redress. To use the possibility of an amicable resolution of disputes concerning online purchases, the consumer can submit his complaint, eg. Via the EU’s Internet platform ODR available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

3. Replacement

U. of  31 March 2000) within 14 days of parcel’s delivery You are able to return the article without giving a reason or it’s replacement ( in the limits of the same pattern) on different size or color with the restriction that clothes were not used (only tried on) and has all price-tags. The shipping cost is not returned. In case of article’s replacement we ask You to send completed and signed, placed  here “Document of Article’s Replacement”. To the replaced article please attach receipt, which was delivered with the clothes. After receiving the parcel we make an exchange ( in 14 days from receiving the parcel) and send for the address indicated by You. In case of replacement, 9fashion- Internet Store cover full costs of repeated shipping with exchanged clothes.

We do not receive the parcels, send back to us, cash on delivery mailing.

In case of replacing one pattern of clothes to another, at first You are obliged to make a return of particular pattern

and next place an order for different pattern, and cover the shipping cost again.

4. Complaint

In case of discovering defects in received article You should send it back by post parcel on company address: 9fashion, 91-073 Łódź ul. Legionów 119. We do not receive the parcels, send back to us, cash on delivery mailing! After acknowledge a complaint ( not later than 7 days after receiving a parcel) we will send, on our cost, article of standard value or in case of run out of particular pattern we will return equivalence of its cost with costs connected with shipping the complaint article. To the complaint article please attach receipt. Returns due to complaint must be agreed earlier with salesperson by e-mail: shop@9fashion.pl

All our products acquire a producer’s guarantee.

Use of internet store www.9fashion.co.uk/Shop/ offer is connected with providing detailed personal data.
Our customer’s data are protected by Private Policy and may not be disclosed to third parties. They are used only to realize Your order and contact with buyer.
